Mae
ADOPTED
ID: CWR-1022-0048
Domestic Shorthair - Tuxedo
Female
Microchipped
FIV/FELV Negative
Spayed UTD on age appropriate vaccines
Born @ 9/05/2022
Located in Strongsville, OH foster home
We took Mae in as a 2-3 week old orphan someone found on the streets of Cleveland. Mom relocated her entire litter, leaving Miss Mae behind. She was covered in fleas, underweight, had an upper respiratory infection and worms. Because she had nursed on her mother for her first few weeks, she struggled with the bottle in the beginning. It took her a while to learn how to drink from it and then, when it was time to wean, she was reluctant. By this time she was out of quarantine and was able to learn how to eat solids from her older foster siblings. They were also able to teach her cat manners… for the most part lol! She has quite the personality! She is very curious and extremely playful! She loves to play in water, and thinks playing with the fresh cat litter being poured into her litter box is loads of fun! Her favorite toy is… anything! She gets along with all the other cats in her foster home, even if they don’t like her prankster antics, and is not afraid of anything, not even the vacuum or treadmill! She also has no problem reminding you when it's time to eat. She loves her wet food!
